Project: Strengthening Local Capacities for Resilience and Recovery (SLCRR)   

UNDP Libya has advertised ITB (Rehabilitation of Historical Building Al Manar Palace in Benghazi, Libya.

Note:

Site visit is not mandatory, however, the bidder or (his/her) authorized representative is highly encouraged to visit and investigate the site, to obtain all information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer. The cost of visiting the site will be at the bidder’s own expense. Failure to investigate the site shall not relieve the bidder from responsibility for his/her estimation of the offer price.

Pre-bid meeting details:

Pre- Bid clarification meeting over ZOOM will be held on 20 August 2023; 11:00 hours Tripoli time.

Interested bidders should send a request along with contact as indicated in Data Sheet on or before 15.00hrs on 18 August 2023.

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in this document and in the supplier portal.
