Dear RUTF suppliers,
We have received feedback from some of the bidders that the links to access technical documents in the RFP document are broken and not accessible. Please see the attached document for the corrected links to access the technical documents and requirements in the RFP.
Dear RUTF Supplier,
Please find attached the UNICEF tender (RFP-DAN-2023-503611) for delivery of RUTF during the period 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2027.
Offers should be sent not later than 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) 28th August 2023 by e-mail to: supplybid@unicef.org. The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number. No other UNICEF address should be included in "cc" or "Bcc" in the email submission. Proposals sent in any other manner may be invalidated.
IMPORTANT:
Proposers should submit the following forms, in the recommended format duly filled, to the Bid Section (supplybid@unicef.org). Technical documents will be uploaded on supplier specific SharePoint site designated by UNICEF, and product samples will be shipped to UNICEF. Below are the list of forms to be emailed, and uploads to be completed:
a. Bid Form and declaration (duly filled, signed emailed to supplybid@unicef.org)
b. Financial Proposal Form(s) for Global Supply and/or Local Supply of RUTF (Pricing forms Costing Sheet, monthly production capacity and index pricing preference), to be emailed to supplybid@unicef.org (Each completed sheet per product should be saved/exported/printed/scanned to PDF file and the soft copy saved. Both versions (PDF and soft copy) should be submitted by email to supplybid@unicef.org)
c. Mandatory technical requirements (documents to be uploaded on SharePoint and samples to be shipped)
d. Index based pricing form (Filled and emailed to supplybid@unicef.org)
e. Sustainability form (Filled and emailed to supplybid@unicef.org)
