Request for Quotations for Services (RFQS also known as LRQS)

UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a quotation for performing Micro Assessments and Spot Checks of UNICEF Romania’s Implementing Partners (2023) as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.

HOW TO APPLY:

 

E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.

 

The reference RFQS/LRQS-2023-9183886 Micro Assessment & Spot Check and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.

 

The Quotation Form (pg. 2 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for quotation. 

The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Thursday, 13th July 2023, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.

 

Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

 

It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant quotations may result in invalidation of your quotation.

Questions from Proposers. 

Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFQS by E-MAIL to:

The deadline for receipt of any questions is 11th July 2023, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
