New clarification added: On Form D, Item 2.6, the vendor is asked about "sustainability measures" in the execution of the contract. Is this in reference to environmental sustainability? Or is this in reference to sustainability of the web application itself? Please advise. New clarification added: On Form D, Item 2.5, the text states: "Assessment of the implementation plan proposed including whether the activities are properly sequenced and if these are logical and realistic". Are you asking the vendor to review and comment on the Schedule of Requirements in the RFP, or is some other response required? Answer, Under 2.5 please ensure to provide a detailed implementation plan, which includes the proposed activities and the proposed timeline for each activity. Regards, UNOPS-Procurement

New clarification added: On Form D, Section 2 (Proposed Methodology, Approach, and Implementation Plan), Item 2.1, the text reads: "Understanding of the requirement: Have the important aspects of the task been addressed in sufficient detail? Are the different components of the project adequately weighted relative to one another?" Are you asking the vendor to review and comment on the scope of work provided in the RFP? New clarification added: On the Finance Documents submission page, there are two mandatory places where Form C should be uploaded. Is UNOPS asking for one copy of Form C in Excel format and one in Word format? Or is something else needed to complete both mandatory uploads? Please clarify. Thank you.Answer, Please note that you should submit your total financial proposal in Word format, and the cost breakdown should be in Excel version.
