Repair and/or Fabricating of Diesel Generator Radiators

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a mandate to support the implementation of the Security Council Resolution 1701. As part of the Mission’s support programme, the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from fully qualified contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for the Long-Term Provision of Repair and/or Fabricating of Diesel Generator Radiators on an “as and when required” basis, as follows: • Repair and/or Fabricating of Diesel Generator Radiators – Long Term Agreement (LTA) on an “as and when required” basis for an initial period of two (2) years with an option to extend for another period of one (1) year. • Radiators: 3, 4, 5 and 6 (heavy duty MTU) rows copper core. • The services include, but not limited to, the following components:  diagnostic or pressure testing check;  repair damaged radiator cooling fins or radiator core;  repair radiator Top and Bottom copper/brass/plastic tank;  repair/fabricate radiator mounting brackets, where necessary;  fabricate new Tropical Type radiators, as to sample or dimensional drawings;  replacing gaskets and seals of good recommended quality;  pressure testing for leaks;  specialized labor. During the tender UNIFIL Technical Team would visit the prospective vendors’ premises/facilities/workshops for a purpose of inspection of:  availability of special hand tools;  equipment or specialized test bench;  suitable premises or workshop facilities;  technical knowledge of technicians;  other testing and calibration tools.
