The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a catering company to provide high-quality in-house catering services for its 31 containerized accommodation units. The IOM compound has a cafeteria and kitchen, and the facility accommodates IOM staff, consultants, and guests. The organization employs up to 10 different nationalities and various religions, so the food should reflect this diversity and provide a varied and acceptable menu.
