1. The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking to establish a turnkey contract for the provision of plastic waste recycling equipment, spare parts, supporting accessories, installation, commissioning and operational training, with a qualified and experienced company. 2. This will include a small-scale plastic recycling facility using specific speciality equipment for end-to-end recycling of several types of waste plastics (namely HPDE, PP, PS) into usable products for UNISFA. The requirement includes equipment and appurtenances, supporting materials and all necessary spare parts together with shipping/delivery, installation, commissioning, and operator training for each type of equipment, guidance, operating and instructions/manuals. In addition, alongside the operator training, field research (R&D) will be conducted to pilot and test the development of usable recycled plastic products for both UNISFA and potential local community use. 3. The delivery terms will be DAP - United Nations Entebbe Support Base (UNESB) Uganda while installation and training will be at UNISFA Headquarters in Abyei. NOTE: 4.
