The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) has a requirement for the lease, maintenance and repair services of Twenty Three (23) brand new multi-functional copiers and Two (2) Brand new colour laser printers to be installed and commissioned at the UN House Located in Riad El-Solh Square, Beirut-Lebanon. UNESCWA intends to award one contract for the provision of the above-mentioned services for an initial period of one (1) year with possibility of extension up to a maximum of five (5) years on a year by year basis at the discretion of UNESCWA and subject to the performance of the selected Contractor. The Contractor should have a local representative and shall respond to onsite service calls with qualified technicians for emergency and critical systems repairs within two (2) hours of the service calls at all times during and outside working hours, on weekends and on holidays at no additional cost to the UN.
