Establishment of Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Applying Behavioral S
This RFP is issued with the aim to establish Long Term Agreements (LTAs), the LTAs will be implemented through specific and multiple assignments, each time under a call of contract. UNDP will issue a call of contract (with a specific TOR) for each assignment, detailing the scope of work for this assignment within the General scope of work mentioned in the TOR under the LTA. The call of contract will include the type(s) of services required, timeframe in which the assignment needs to be completed, and the outputs.
The functional scope for each specific assignment may include the following Service Lines:
1. Provide advisory services and programmatic support on behavioural science
2. Provide advisory and support services to enhance internal operational and management services using behavioural science
3. Build and enhance the capacities of UNDP and its clients and partners in behavioural science
4. Design and produce knowledge products, toolkits and research papers on behavioural science
5. Design and develop ethical frameworks to conduct behavioural science experiments
The firm/s will deliver services at regional level and in various countries across the Regional Bureau for the Arab States (RBAS) in accordance with specific assignments to be formulated by UNDP based on its needs. An assignment may include provision of professional services by the firm in one or more of the Service Lines defined further herein.
All Service Lines may require the support of the firm/s in the organization and facilitation of different kinds of events/workshops/trainings. All logistical arrangements for such events (i.e., travel, logistics, venue, materials) will be the responsibility of the contracting UNDP office (Country Office or Regional Hub). The Firms will be responsible for travel costs of their staff based on the requirements of each call of contract. Financial proposal for travel costs is required to be submitted as part of secondary bidding processes.
