Description

This is the Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify qualified and interested companies to participate in potential upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP).

The overall goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of agriculture land release processes in Ukraine using UAV/UGV systems. Companies can apply any technology deemed relevant to collect data and analyze data from the site including primary signs such as craters, and locations/ details of landmines and ERW, including unexploded sub-munitions. This EoI aims to:

  1. Compile results of best practices including accuracy, cost effectiveness, and scalability. This will be further used for developing proper protocols and business processes for the Non-Technical Survey (NTS) of potentially contaminated.
  2. Compile a list of pre-qualified and technically compliant companies for future engagement on similar project at large scale based on solicitation process.

 Additional information:

- EOI does not provide for the contract conclusion. Invitations to bid or requests for proposals and any subsequent purchase order or contract will be issued in accordance with the UNDP rules and procedures.
