ATTENTION!!! This RFP is open to national and international bidders UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Investment Case on ECE ECD and Investment Case on Youth The purpose of these assignments is to develop two investment cases: 1. The first is to support and strengthen early childhood development, including specific analyses of education and health interventions as part of the Government of Ukraine’s national recovery plan, and UNICEF’s support to this plan, to ensure adequate resources, quality interventions and partnerships between central and local government, civil society, the private sector and communities. The investment cases should inform the scale up of ECE and ECD services, integrating the aspects of gender equality and women’s economic empowerment/social support lens, human rights and equity particularly focusing on vulnerable war-effected children. 2. The second investment case is to support and strengthen youth interventions as part of the Government of Ukraine’s national recovery plan, and UNICEF’s support to this plan, to ensure adequate resources, quality interventions and partnerships between government, civil society, the private sector and local communities. An investment case should inform the scale up of youth services, integrating the aspects of gender, human rights and equity. Bid Conference Pre-bid conference will be held online on April 19, 2023 [10:00, Kyiv time].
