Third Party Monitoring of WHO supplied medical product in Ukraine

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for  Third Party Monitoring of WHO supplied medical product in Ukraine which address the following objectives:

1. To conduct post-delivery monitoring that will verify whether the funded projects were implemented as per the donor submitted proposals in relationship to the BoQ/supply plans and set performance indicators
2. To conduct the assessment of supply level insurance and user satisfaction of final beneficiaries with referral to the supplied medical products
3. To ensure that all medical supplies were delivered efficiently to the end user and in compliance with donor requirements.

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
