New clarification added: 1. Could you confirm whether we can attach additional docments (ie a brochure of our current cours offerings)?2. In Form B there is a request to confirm whether delivery can be Virtual and In-person (for each Lot). Additional in-person costs would entirely depend on location for delivery (for both flights and per diem). Is the 'any additional cost' row in these tables intended for us to estimate additional costs for an in-person delivery or should we leave these types of possible additional costs as TBC?3. Do you have any indication of potential (only estimated) volumes of delivery? Perhaps based on previous contracts/ demand?Response:1. yes you can attach additional documents as necessary.2. As mentioned in previous clarifications, for in-person courses, a quote would be requested for travel/transportation separately from the fixed cost.3. We cannot estimate at this stage. This will be based on requests from the regions. We can only indicate that the maximum spend for a year would be USD 50,000 maximum authorised by the blanket purchase agreement.

New clarification added: Thank you for your response to my initial question regarding where to upload Form B. You say in your response that "Under the "document checklist", there should be a tab called Form B: Price Schedule Form". I'm afraid I'm unable to see this. There is a seperate tab call Financial Offer details but there is no way to upload a file there. Unless there's a tab added I'll add our pricing document under the tab for Form A, along with the Form A document.Response:Thank you. yes in this case, as it is a RFQ, please fill free to upload your financial offer as possible.

New clarification added: What is the desired form of the session - virtual or face-to-face? In the offer we will submit prices for a virtual session, but in case of face-to-face the price cannot be the same due to the costs of transport of the lecturer, his travel time, etc. How should we handle filling in the table in the returnable bidding form? We assume that the fields in the table are intended to indicate the price; where should we then fill in e.g. the number of facilitators, information about the virtual or face-to-face form of the course, etc.?In case of face-to-face sessions - where do you assume the place of implementation? And then how would other costs be charged - e.g. the price of the facilitator etc., or more precisely - who would cover these other costs?Will there be any assessment of the number of facilitators listed in the bidding form? Is the number of facilitators in the session important to you for some reason, e.g. based on previous experience with a certain number? To what extent will other aspects (e.g. just the number of facilitators listed or other aspects) influence the selection of a bidder?Responses:1. Please indicate in each lot if you offer virtual or face-to-face (or both). You can add a line if the price is different. Transport/travel would be quoted separately at the time of purchase.2. on Form B for the price list, under each lot table there is a row where to indicate the number of facilitators per session offered. Any other information should be detailed and given in Form C Technical Quotation form.3. Prices for the facilitators training delivery should be included in the price quoted on Form B. Quotations for travel will be asked at the time of purchase against the blanket agreement for a due location. 4. The number of facilitators is to ensure the provider has capacity to handle a large number of participants, should there be a need. We foresee that most sessions will require only one facilitator. All total cost per session will be added to get the average price per participant and per standard unit time, eg., average cost per hour per participant.

New clarification added: You have stated one of the “UNOPS minimum technical requirements” as “Responsible for tracking the attendance of the participants and for sending the list to UNOPS after each session.” Please explain the extent for Admin requirements expected from the bidder.You have stated one of the “UNOPS minimum technical requirements” as “Possibility to partially customise /adjust their off-the-shelf courses in case it is necessary to adapt the content to UNOPS diverse contexts and unique learning needs”. Please explain the extent of customization that would be required.Responses1. The Admin requirement is exactly as stated. The Provider should simply be able to provide UNOPS with a list of the participants who attended the session. We need the attendance lists for our records and to track progress. 2. The extent of customization will depend on the session objectives and the pedagogy used by the Provider. It could include, for example, using case studies that relate to the work of UNOPS; using examples of UNOPS organisational structure, goals, or vision, etc

Please can you let me know?Response: you upload it in esourcing system under vendor submission.click on the Documents checklist tab to upload your files to the eSourcing system. You can upload files either by clicking on the Choose Files button or by dragging them directly to the drop files section. Note that you can upload more than one document against each document checklist if needed. The maximum allowed size for each document uploaded to eSourcing is 20 MB (twenty megabytes).Under the "document checklist", there should be a tab called Form B: Price Schedule Form.

New clarification added: I am registered in mutiple countries can I apply for more than one country eg australia, new zealand, uk.Or do I have to do apply for different countries individually, example I am a New zealander, company in nz, australia, uk?We are not sure we understand your question. If you are one company with multiple offices in the world, you can send one offer in the name of your company. If each office is registered separately as a separate company, you can send separate offers and would compete among you.
