Reconstruction of Observation Post OP52, Alpha Side Golan Heights

The (UNTSO) United Nations Truce Supervision Organization - (EFMS) Engineering Facilities Management Section and EFM – OGG-Tiberias is seeking for a construction firm to rehabilitate the existing observation post, OP52, OGGT Alpha side. This observation post is in bad condition, it was misused and destroyed through over the past years. To date the security situation in this place is stable, however the situation is unpredictable. It is entirely the Contractor’s responsibility to rapidly assess the situation on the ground, familiarize itself with the environment and consider the situation carefully when developing the Program schedule. The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO), intends to engage the services of a qualified contractors for the successful completion of a rehabilitation works of the structures, and to upgrade and enhance the serviceability of the observation post for the daily procedures and occupancy purposes.
