Early Warning, alert and response (EWAR) in Ukraine Conflict

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: To tailor the WHO Regional Office for Europe’s Strategy for Strengthening Early Warning, Alert and Response (EWAR), and it’s associated assessment tools, for rapid use in emergency settings – including incorporation of additional technical subject matter areas, and to digitize the assessment tools into modular format.
