Expression of Interest for Transport & Logistics Services
The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), assisting almost 100 million people in around 83 countries is the world's largest humanitarian agency fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience. The WFP Gambia Country Office invites eligible local companies to register interest for the provision of the following transport and logistics services:
Inland transportation of food and non-food items
- Customs clearing and forwarding services
- Cold chain transport & storage services
- Pest control and fumigation services
- Warehouse leasing
- Commodity handling, warehouse labour and cleaning services
Interested companies can obtained the transport and logistics service questionnaire by visiting the United Nations Global Market (UNGM) website: www.ungm.org/public/notice. Search reference EOI/WFP/GAM/2022/04. Companies that have submitted this new questionnaire within the last six months do not need to reapply.
The completed questionnaire and all required supporting documents should be submitted either by email to CO.Gambia.Tenders@wfp.org or to the address below:

All responses and supporting documentation received will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be made available to the public. The request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. WFP reserves the right to register/reject any of the applying service providers in its roster without explanation.
