1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for Supply & Delivery of Tactical Equipment for Visit Board Search & Seizure (VBSS) Training in Seven Africa Countries 2. The objective is to support Law Enforcement Authorities in seven African countries namely, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Comoros, Kenya, Mozambique and Tanzania by providing tactical training equipment as part of the kit need by Maritime Law Enforcement trainers to conduct VBSS trainings in the respective countries. 3.Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to margaret.muchuku@un.org with a copy to racheal.asiimwe@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. 4. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Supply & Delivery of Tactical Equipment for Visit Board Search & Seizure (VBSS) Training in Seven Africa Countries" must be received by UNODC no later than 23h59 Nairobi local time (GMT+3) on Thursday 6 October 2022.
