CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONTRACTORS TO BE TRAINED IN LABOUR BASED INFRASTRUCTURE REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT, SOMALIA

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Contractors to be trained in Labour Based Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Improvement in Somalia. As Further described in the Terms of References (TOR) attached. Bidders requiring any clarifications on technical, commercial or legal aspects of the EOI documents may notify the ILO by using the E-Sourcing platform through the “Messages” tab no later than 15 September 2022, 17H00 (EA time). Please refer to the “how to communicate with the Buyer” section in the Supplier User Guide. Your offer must be received by ILO no later than 28 September 2022, 17H00 (EA time). Late bids shall be rejected.
