The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madame,Regarding Product E-07 Supply, Installation and Training of LED Monitor 65", required Contrast is: >= 1,000,000 : 1. This kind of Contrast is not usual for this product. Is it possible to review it ?Most of reputable Brands offer these products with Contrast Ratio 1,200:1.Thank you,Dear Sir, Madam, The TV can have either have a minimum contract 1,000,000 : 1. or it can be OLED monitor Hope it clarifies UNOPS Albania

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madame,Will it be acceptable to provide solution for security gates with other frequency than 13.56MHz requested ?Thank you Dear Sir/Madam. Yes other frequencies are acceptable. But the company should endure that this frequency will be aligned with RFID tags that will be attached to the books and tag reader at the front desk, where the operator register and unregister the books in security gate system. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madame,Regarding Item E-09 Supply, Installation and Training of Security Gates, in specification Functionalities:Security gate including the software for book libraryCan you please give more specifications on what do you mean with software for book library?Do you need software only for security of books and other valuable things or any more advanced software that will also be used for other things related to the library?Thank youMimimum requirements for the software are:Registration of RFID tag at the reception deskUnregistration of RFID tag at the reception desk Detection and alarm when RFID tag is detected from the gateUser registration in Security software including profile management, user, administrator etc Log registration for RFID tag detected by security gate Easy and intuitive way to register RFID tag at the reception desk using RFID readersHope it clarifies, UNOPS Albania

Regarding the Security Gateways quantity, in the document is mentioned quantity 7, would you please clarify us if there will be two entrances where one will have 3 security gates elements and the second one will have 4 elements, or it is requested for 7 x 2 components?Question2. Please clarify if the offeror should take in consideration that the network infrastructure should be deployed by the companies, or the Beneficiary has already the network infrastructure in all the sites where the equipment’s are supposed to be installed.Question 3. At the tender document it is presented a template for Manufacturer Authorization Form. Please take into consideration that international Manufacturers have their own templates and can’t provide any other document beside their standard template, therefore we are kindly requesting if their standard template can be accepted from you, because it has the same purpose and has the same legal value.Question 4. Taking into the consideration that the products required are very specific, a lot of Manufacturers are selling through their distribution channels in Europe and not directly, therefore it is more appropriate for them to provide Distribution Authorization Form rather than Manufacturer Authorization Form. We are kindly asking if it is possible to provide Manufacturer OT Distribution Authorization Form instead of Manufacturer Authorization Form.Question 5: Bid securityReferred to the tender documents, Section III it is requested: Returnable Bidding, Bidders are requested to submit a bid security in the amount of 5,000 EUR in the form of a bank guarantee as set out in the Bid Security Form H. Since the tender it is divided in two lots and an offeror can present an offer for each of them or both, please clarify if the bid security amount is for one lot or both. If it is for both lots, can you please divide it for each lot? Is it acceptable a Bid Security from insurance company? Dear Sir/Madam, Answer 1. There are two doors in the building. Total of security gates is 7. 4 at back door that is normal door and 3 at the front door that is a wide door.Answer 2: The beneficiary has already a network infrastructure but for security gates the companies should take in consideration connection to the power outlet and cabling from the door to the server room or the nearest network plug. Yes, it may be some minor cabling.Answer 3. This is noted. Manufactuyrer authorization form is for reference. You can submit the Manufacturer authorization form issued by the company. Answer 4. Indeed, Any of the two: Manufacturer authorization form or distribution authoirzation form, will do. Answer 5. The bid security is for each Lot. In the event if company submits the bids for both lots, the bid security amount should be doubled. Insurance company issued bid security is acceptable.
