Provision of Support Services for the ERP Unit 4 Business Word

ICAO operates an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, sourced by Unit 4, named Unit4 Business World (UBW). ICAO is using the UBW Milestone 7 and its HR, Payroll, Absence, Finance, Project and Budgeting functions extensively, including many customizations. The system runs on Oracle but will likely be switching to SQL. Additionally, there are plans to migrate to the Cloud. ICAO requires support on an ad-hoc basis to assist in various areas as well as to work on ERP projects. Any work developed or bespoke source code produced will become the property of ICAO.
