Leasing of a Color Digital Press for ICAO Printshop in Montreal

The ICAO Reproduction Services Unit has served ICAO, UN, and other International Agencies based in Montreal for the last 13 years. We are currently experiencing problems reproducing documents on lightweight paper with our actual copiers, such as creasing, registration, feeding, and positioning, in consequence, ICAO wants to find a digital press supporting production on lightweight paper as described in the tendering documents. The copier will print an estimated of 10.5 million of Color copies per year, ICAO wishes to select and hire a Printing Equipment Manufacturing Company to provide a Printer as stated in the tendering documents on an "All-Inclusive Lease" basis for a period of up to five years.
