Development and Support Services for Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento)

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has operated an E-Commerce platform for more than 10 years and in July 2020 implemented the Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento) platform to support the sales and distribution of the Organization’s products and services. This platform is currently based on Magento version 2.4.3 and supports more than 11,000 (B2C and B2B) customers and currently offers approximately 5,500 product SKUs. A large percentage of the product catalog consists of ICAO publications available in six languages and both print and digital formats. The product catalog also includes data products and services, as well as training courses and workshops. ICAO has a small team in-house responsible for all technical aspects of the platform and in order to fulfil requirements for ongoing maintenance, bug fixes and enhancements to the platform ICAO intends to establish a bank of hours for services. The potential supplier is to act as a close partner to ICAO in all aspects of Adobe Commerce, supporting a shared maintenance and support with the ICAO technical team.
