Acquisition of UNTSO Representational Sedan

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) has a requirement tfor an acquisition of one (1) a Representational Sedan. The following is a list of the vehicle's requirement. However this list is not exhaustive and the details of these requirements will be provided in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) which will be attached to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document: 1) The sedan should be of 4X2 Left Hand Drive configuration and should conform to all applicable requirements as set out by the Government of Israel including but not limited to homologation, environmental and safety. 2) The profile (shape) of the vehicle should be of a classic sedan only (i.e. sports-backs, SUVs, Crossovers etc. are not acceptable). 3) The sedan should be brand new, of the latest model and manufactured within 6 months from the date of the confirmed order placed with the selected proposer. 4) The vehicle should be equipped with automatic transmission. Proposer should be the manufacturer of the vehicles offered or an authorised dealer/agent of the manufacturer. 5) All Vehicle Controls, Instrumentation and Signs to be in the English Language with metric Graduation. Additional removable stickers may be affixed to comply with compulsory Israeli requirements. 6) Proposer must be able to supply required genuine manufacturer spare parts as and when required by UNTSO. UNTSO is seeking a qualified company with sound experience, reliability, and flexibility in the market, to provide the relevant vehicle that sufficiently fulfill the requirements of the mission. This should be suitable in terms of cost, after sales servicing and support and timely delivery of the vehicle to UNTSO HQ in Jerusalem, Israel. Interested companies are expected to be able to provide the following (when invited to participate the solicitation): 1 Valid copy of commercial registration Certificate as a supplier from the relevant authorities. 2 Provide relevant list of clients with business of Goods delivery, minimum of 3 clients. 3 Vendor head offices should be relatively closed to UNTSO, Within Jerusalem area. 4 Bidders are requested to quote for all services and realted items in the SOR.
