United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to bid:
Subject: Invitation to Bid for the Provision of Restoration of the former Archbishopric of Durres/Delbnisht - UNOPS Albania
The main objective is the performance of required implementation activities to ensure the correct and proper works are carried out for the Restoration of the former Archbishopric of Durres/Delbnisht, - Albania to the acceptance of UNOPS.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please see below the answers of you questions:1. UNOPS can not provide funds for the road - This was discussed with the donor and it is confirmed that the road infrastructure as one in Delbnisht is not an eligible cost for this project2. This point is not clear. If the bidder proposes an alternative approach this must be included in the offer: quantified volumes and its costs. 3. Bidder is advised to consult the drawing Annex A mechanical components for the mechanical installation package alongside respective reports and specifications4. If bidder could clarify this question as it is not certain what does the bidder mean. Please clarify 5. The external staircase is the existing staircase to the building, hence UNOPS is not sure what does bidder mean by this question. Please clarify.6. The building is a designated monument of culture, hence all fittings and connections are done while presenting the conservation permission and ownership certificate7. UNOPS has listed listed key personnel which would be evaluated as per CVs, however and for the rest you are required to engage additional experts, skilled labours etc needed to implement the works with a necessary quality and standard. 8. New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please see below the answers of you questions:1. Shall all the documents of this tender be translated by a authorized translator and than be notarized or it is not necessary ? As it is mentioned in Section Particulars - Language of bids Official is English. The language of the procedure is English, therefore we expect that all the documents to be translated in English language only by an authorized translator, no need for notarized translation.2. In case of JV shall we provide an notarized agreement between each members? The members of JV shall submit the filled Schedule 17 describing the proposed proportion of responsibilities between members of JV(in %) indicating the type of work to be performed by each of them. There is no need for notarized agreement.3. Can we upload more than one file for each schedule because there are some critereas that need suporttive documents to be proven ?To prove the fulfillment of each criteria we expect supporting documents to be uploaded. 4. In case of JV which of schedules should be provided by each of members and which of them should be provided once in the name of JV?As per the provisions of the Procurement Manual rev 7, section 6.5.3.4 “Evaluation criteria for joint ventures” the qualification criteria such as specific experience requirements and turnover requirement refer to all joint venture partners combined, whilst eligibility criteria are per each joint venture partner.Thank you and best regards,Procurement TeamUNOPS Albania
