The supply of consumables on click program - Supplies delivered and stored at ECA central stores and payment made quarterly on clicks production per month. 4. ECA to keep inventory and send balance to the vendor monthly. 5. Vendor to replenish stock depending on the usage. 6. Consumables to be shipped to UNECA provided address, all shipping to be sent in advance for custom clearance 7. UNECA will clear the materials from the customs (Shipping FoB Addis Ababa Bole airport) N.B.
