PROVISION OF (10) NISSAN CIVILIAN MEDIUM BUSES TO MONUSCO -DRC

THE REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO), seeks Expression of Interest EOI from duly registered companies for the Provision (10) NISSAN CIVILIAN MEDIUM BUSES TO MONUSCO -DRC. 2. The authorized representatives of manufacturers of the NISSAN CIVILIAN MEDIUM BUSES Medium size bus for short to medium range operations with seating capacity of 21-30 passengers. All seats to be fixed which can be commissioned and used immediately after delivery to support the Transport teams wherever MONUSCO decides to deploy the medium buses. 3. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies shall be requested to complete the UN Vendor registration for Level 2 on the vendor database accessible in UNGM (new Vendor only). A detail specification will be provided to companies shortlisted for receipt of the documents. 4. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid. 5. MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the Invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI’s received after the deadline indicated below. 6.
