The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidder to submit a quotation for Request for Quotations (RFQ)- Supply and delivery of mobile phone top up cards for UNMAS Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract for Goods and the technical requirement as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ) Form C.

New clarification added: Question No. 1Do you need the physical cards or the (Me to You) system/Transfering credit from other devices is also acceptable, which is very common nowadays?Answer:The requirement is clearly mentioned for top-up cards, credit transfer, or Me to You is not acceptable.
