The United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC) intends to contract an IT company to develop a multifunctional web-based reporting platform/application that will facilitate accumulative and comparative collection of data from 16 States in the Caribbean to capture progress on the 15 macro Key Performance Indicators (KPls) of the Roadmap for ‘Implementing the Caribbean Priority Actions on the Illicit Proliferation of Firearms and Ammunition across the Caribbean in a sustainable manner by 2030’ (hereafter, The Caribbean Firearms Roadmap). The system will facilitate the annual entry of data from the States against 15 KPIs at the State level for the 15 CARICOM States and the Dominican Republic, and consolidate, analyse and generate reports at both the State/national and regional level. The system will also facilitate a baseline exercise module, allowing States to enter their responses and generate both State/national level reports and comparative regional reports.
