Thank you for your application submitted in response to our RFQ - Consultancy services to develop a Resource Mobilisation (RM) strategy for ATscale.This is to inform you that we were not able to award any applicant during this process as none of the applications submitted met all of the mandatory requirements for this RFQ.We thank you for submitting your applications and would like to draw your attention to a new tender which will be soon posted on UNGM for these services as an RFP after some modifications. We will share the relevant link through our e-sourcing tool very soon, please review the TOR and criteria and we look forward to receiving your applications once again.

New clarification added: QUESTION:Can the project team be structured in a way that is complying with the outlined criteria for the Project manager, however, with a Project Director/Team Lead role as well as a Project manager role?ANSWER:As of RFQ section II schedule of requirements; bidders are expected to propose a team composition, although it is foreseen that work can be done by one or two individuals. The minimum is to have a team lead with the requirements (See the schedule of requirements document). Bidders can add other team members as needed.

New clarification added: QUESTION:Given the deadline for the proposal submission, is planning for a slightly later start than "beginning of March" (i.e. end of March) with a three month timeline admissible?ANSWER:As of RFQ perticulars the expected contract award date is 2022-03-15. However, the final timelines will be defined during the contract negotiation with the selected bidder.

New clarification added: This is to address two clarification requests, recently recived (after the deadline) and to notify all potential applicants:Clarification requests receved after the deadline won't be addressed. Please note that as of the general conditions of this RFQ, the deadline for sumitting clarification requests is passed. Therefore, please be advised to refer to document (RFQ section II schedule of requirements) to consult with for your questions.

New clarification added: Question: Can you provide us with more clarification on the expected timeframe? The RFQ Section II mentions a 3 months period, but does can you specify the LoE for the 3 months - is it full time for 3 months (approx. 30 days/ month x 3 months) or if not then how many days per month?Answere: The expected timeframe for the work is a three months period. Please refer to RFQ Section II (Objectives, expected activities, deliverable and outputs) for aiming to further populate on the level of activities considering your organization approach to deliver the final product/job.Thank you!
