New clarification added: Dear Sir/MadamPlease see below our additional clarification:In the Section III & IV returnable bidding forms & Criteria the followinf forms are requested: Form D: Performance Statement Form and Form F: No Adverse Action Confirmation Form; It seems that these forms are more related to supply tender (for purchasing the equipment) than for design reviewe services. In these forms you request Order No., delivery times, names of the manufacturers and No Adverse Action Confirmation Form, etc. Please clarify if it is madatory to fill these forms for the design review service, or these forms should be modified to reflect design reviewe service experiance? Dear Vladimer, Thank you for your question. Please note, that ALL requested forms must be completed and returned. Please do not modify the forms, complete it and return as requested. If the information is not applicable, please indaicate so, but still complete and return. Form D as well as other forms must be duly completed to provide brief description of similar projects completed by the organization and to highlight that company meets minimum requirements in terms of experience and volume of work completed.Best Regards, UNOPS Georgia Procurement team.

New clarification added: Dear Teams,Thank you in any case for your prompt reply. We'll do our best in order to submit a proper proposal. We saw that it isn't a lump sum contract: does it mean that there wiil be several instructions (i.e. work orders) of design review, split for different disciplines? Or the full design review (all drawings, all reports for all disciplines) shall be carried out in 15 natural days (10 days for 1st instance review, 60% and 5 days for 2nd Instance Review, 30%)? Studio Martini, as per our ISO 9001 for "Design Review and Project Validation", hs its own Design Review Check List. The one that you provided to the bidders, is it mandatory to be used in case of contract awarding?Thank youMaurizio ----------------------------Dear Maurizio, Thank you for your questions. Please note, that as per Form B: Price Schedule Form, supplier has to provide lump sum amounts for the envisaged work( form A) and has to justify pricing via Form B. The contract will be signed in the similar fashion taking into account lump sum amounts. Concerning the checklists : The use of the checklist we have provided is mandatory, but it can be completed with additional items if needed.Best Regards, UNOPS Georgia Procurement Team
