Q1. In item 1 photocopier it's mentioned cassette 1,3 and 4 do you need 4 cassettes or two is acceptable? A1. We prefer 4 cassettes over 2 cassettes, however the c3assettes can vary in capacity. Q2. Item 8 and item 9 have the same description please clarify? A2. Reference to Annex B, specifications, item 8 maintain 8-Ports while item 9 maintain 16-Ports. Q3. Item 11 indicates the number of PCs that need an internet cafe license? A3. Internet cafe software for Windows 10, the number of PCs is for either 35 desktops or 35 laptops based on additional analysis to be performed by UN-Habitat. Q4. Item 12 it's essential to have a site visit, please advise if this is possible. A4. At this stage, during the bidding, we cannot schedule a site visit, however, if your company was awarded, we can facilitate a site visit prior accepting the award. In addition, please refer to the map to facilitate the preparations for the requirements. Q5. Is the whole project in one floor? A5. Please refer to the map. Q6. What are the three power sources, and where are the mains of each source? A6. Please refer to the attached updated map. Q7. Do we need to pull both network and electric wires? A7. Yes, your company is required to install the related requirements for either options, we can recommend to plan for both options either laptops or desktops. Q8. Where will be the projectors installed, and do you actually require the 7500 lumins projector. And should the projectors be ceiling mounted or what other mount. So if you share with us the use of the projector, we can offer an adequate model that satisfy your requirement, since the specs included in the tender has features from different projector models A8. The listed specifications for 2 different projectors to facilitate the selection of either one based on availability and cost. The location is reflected in the updated on the map. Q9. Are the conduits/trunks already installed, hence we need to only to pull cables only , or we need to install conduits and trunks as well. A9. Please refer to the updated map. No available trunks to be installed externally on walls through PVC. Q10. Regarding the internet coffee software, we have a software that is based in monthly subscription, is it acceptable? A10. Please consider preferably perpetual license and if not applicable then yearly license. Q11. Where will be the network switches located, in the same floor or at different floors A11. This is required to be installed under the tables to reduce the wiring and cabling, if needed, to be decided. Q12.
