Dear Sir/Madam,

 

United Nations Development Programme in Belarus (UNDP) invites interested and qualified companies to send their Expression of Interest (EOI) for printing services for the representative offices of UN agencies placed in the Republic of Belarus.  

 

 

The aim of this Expression of Interest is to identify and pre-qualify a “pool” of vendors capable to provide printing services who will be invited to participate in the bidding process in the upcoming tender to outsource the printing companies for signing long term agreements.

 

The most frequently ordered printing products are booklets, leaflets, posters and books.

 

Documents to be submitted by an interested company:

  1. A completed EOI Form (please see attached Annex).
  2. Copy of a company’s Balance Sheets (form 1) and Profit and Lost Statements (form 2) for the last 3 years for evaluation of a company’s financial strength.

 

The EOI and any supplementary documentation must be received by UNDP not later than 18:00 Minsk (Belarus) local time on March 05, 2012. Responses should be submitted by e-mail to tenders.by@undp.org or by fax +375 17 226 03 40. Please indicate in a subject field on all communications:  EOI for printing services and EOI reference indicated in this request.
