REQUEST FOR QUOTATION- FUEL TANK CALIBRATION SERVICES

IOM intends to contract a calibration services vendor, (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”), to calibrate the diesel fuel tanks in IOM Kakuma field office.

Further to this, IOM also seeks to procure digital diesel fuel dispensing pumps for our field offices.

The contractor will be under the direct supervision of the head of sub office and within the overall guidance of the Logistics and Procurement Unit of IOM.

In particular, the contractor will:

1. Supply digital fuel dispensing pumps for IOM offices as required, where needed;
2. Ensure that all IOM fuel tanks and dipsticks are well calibrated and compliant with the minimum acceptable quality standards for measuring devices;
3. Ensure that IOM Fuel dispensing pumps are well calibrated and strictly compliant with the minimum acceptable quality standards for measuring devices;
4. Provide periodic maintenance and after sales services for all supplied fuel dispensing pumps as and when required, including emergency maintenance/repairs as per equipment specifications
