1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) is looking for a service provider firm to provide the necessary professional services to provide: 1.1 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services for HP Servers, HP Sure Store 2100 Disk Storage System, Maintenance for HP-UX Software and 24*7/365 Technical Support. 1.2 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Services for HP EVA 5000 SAN, HP DL Servers, Backup, Hardware and Software and 24*7/365 Technical Support 2. The services shall consist but not limited to the furnishing of all necessary tools, materials, equipment, professionals, software, hardware, accessories and supervision to carry out all services. 3. The solicitation will be based on a detailed Scope of Work, UN General Conditions of contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNESCWA to all companies who express their interest and respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 4. Please note on the following: a) This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. b) UNESCWA reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender document. c) UNESCWA reserves the right to reject EOI's received after the above deadline.
