PROVISION OF AIRPORT GROUND HANDLING SERVICES FOR UNITAMS AT KHARTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The United Nations Integrated Transition Assistance Mission in Sudan (UNITAMS) hereby requests interested firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the provision of airport ground handling services for UNITAMS aircraft at Khartoum International Airport UNITAMS intends to contract a qualified firm to provide Ground Handling Services that includes but are not limited to Ground and Air Terminal, Passengers ( including issuing boarding passes and baggage labelling ) & Air Cargo Handling Services, VIP Services and Bus Transportation Services . The Contractor shall provide the required services at Khartoum International Airport (IATA: KRT, ICAO: HSSK) to all flights that are reflected on the UNITAMS Daily Flight Schedule (DFS), Special Flight Schedule (SFS) and/or as directed by UNITAMS UNITAMS intends to award a contract for a duration of 3+1+1 years. UNITAMS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Vendors which in UN's sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
