The purpose of the Assessment of Shock Responsiveness of the Social Protection system in Zimbabwe is to support the Government of Zimbabwe and the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare (MoPSLSW) in assessing the shock responsiveness of the existing social protection systems and development of options for improving its responsiveness in the short, medium and long term.
