Please find enclosed the International Trade Centre (ITC)’s Request For Quotation- RFQ 2200202392 Training and coaching on Private Voluntary Standards and Internal Management System for Cashew in Sierra Leone

Should you be interested in submitting an offer or should you know a company/institution who may be interested in submitting an offer, the attached tender documents need to be reviewed carefully:

1. RFQ Cover Letter and the submission guidelines included
2. Annex A _ Terms Of Reference (TOR) including Response Requirements
3. Annex B _ UN General conditions of contract for the provision of services (to be signed and submitted)
4. Annex C –Price Offer form (to be filled in, dated, signed, and submitted)
5. Annex D – Guidelines to register interested companies in UNGM and obtain the 6 digit id (id to be provided to us through the Annex C)

Should entities interested in submitting a proposal have any question, questions have to be addressed me by e-mail (only) at lagier@intracen.org latest by the deadline indicated in the Cover Letter (the 28 October 2021).

All the questions received until that date will be compiled and are planned to be answered all at the same time by e-mail latest by the 29 October 2021.

The deadline to submit offers by e-mail as per the instructions provided in the cover letter is 04 November 2021 (12:00 pm Geneva time).
