New clarification added: Question:Could you please clarify, concerning the Schedule of Requirements, Lot 2 IT equipment, items 2,3,6, and 7 (Laptops), where it is stated "1x multi-format digital media reader", whether that alludes to the external multi-card reader? The most common way to read multi-format cards is the external multi-card reader.Answer:The technical specification refers to a internal multi-format card reader (sd/sdhc/sdxc) as a minimum.

New clarification added: Question:With regards to the Schedule of Requirements document, Lot 2 IT Equpiment, item 2. Laptop 1, could you kindly re-iterate that you indeed require a laptop with 250 GB of HDD space? HDD is an old technology, and has not been in use for some time now. Would you accept in its stead a laptop with SSD of the same amount of storage?Answer:Please take into consideration that the defined technical specifications in the tender documentation represent the minimum requirements that have to be fulfilled by every bidder. As this is a minimum any advanced technical specifications of the offered items are acceptable.
