SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DIGITAL SIGNAGE EQUIPMENT FOR UNITED NATIONS OFFICE AT NAIROBI (UNON)

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Supply and Installation of Digital Signage equipment for The United Nations Office at Nairobi. Presently, the digital signage in UNON compound is restricted to the display of conference services data such as conference room and meeting schedule. The Scope of Work includes: 1) Supply (including any necessary customization) of brackets, mounting systems and mounting arms for installation in required positions; 2) Provision and installation of equipment as follows: o Wall mounted monitors. o Standalone/mobile monitors. o Media PC/players. o Meeting room scheduling devices, touch capable. o Interactive kiosks including the digital wayfinding software. o Training for technical support and maintenance staff. o Installation of devices (civil work), cabling, to the nearest LAN connection point. o Finishing (stands and other equipment, supplies, and accessories required to finalize the installation o Replacement of the installed digital signage system.
