This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorised representative (vendors with administrative office plus Fuelling station presence in Calabar is an added advantage).

Objective:

The objective of the RFQ is to conclude a contract for professional services with a fuel service provider who can supply UNFPA with Premium Motor Spirt (PMS) and Automotive Gasoline Oil (AGO) also known as ‘Diesel’ products for direct fuelling of the vehicles at the fuel station and on-demand supply to the generator tanks at the office location as required.  The selected vendor is expected to provide such products, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor either at the fuel station or delivery to the office premises as applicable. The successful vendor shall be contracted for a one year contract renewable up to three (3) years based on good performance and mutual agreement.

Vendors are required to register on the UNGM vendor portal and submit quotations following the RFQ guidelines and required form on company's letterhead to the secured email address: unfpangprocurement@unfpa.org ONLY.
