Description

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Country Office Ankara invites the registered companies in Turkey who have received this RFP tender document to make a proposal for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the Provision of Vehicle Rental Services. 

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with an initial duration of two (2) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).

The estimated number of vehicles to be rented is approximately 20 - 50 per year depending on the availability of the budget as indicated in Annex A of this document.
