Provision of Cleaning Services, UNICRI HQ, Turin - Italy

The United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Provision of Cleaning Services at UNICRI HQ in Turin, Italy. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid/proposal. This is a request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. The services shall include but not be limited to the following: • Cleaning of office space, meeting rooms, stairways and common areas; • Waste management; • Daily refill of toilet paper dispensers, towels dispensers, and soap and disinfectant dispensers; • etc. UNICRI anticipates that the solicitation documents will include mandatory requirements that submissions must meet before the time of closing such as a minimum of three years of experience in relevant field of business, ISO certifications for quality (ISO 9001) and for environment (ISO 14001), the submission of the Antimafia declaration and of the DURC Certificate. Detailed requirements will be provided with the tendering document. It should also be noted that the United Nations reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time.
