Re-Advert - Recruitment of an International Firm to investigate the potential of inter-catchments water transfer in Selected Rwandan Catchments

The main objective of this study is to investigate the potential of inter-catchment water transfers in Rwanda, from plentiful water catchments to the water scarce catchments in order to alleviate water shortages in the recipient catchments without adversely impacting the supply catchments.
