1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the supply, delivery a Mini-Ambulance, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), that is suitable for carrying; one driver, one medic and one patient within the United Nations’ premises. 2.0 The vendor should quote fixed prices for the Electric Vehicle Mini-Ambulance. The Vendor should supply the Electric Vehicle Mini-Ambulance within 3 months from the date of issuance of purchase order to the UNAMI’s delivery location in Baghdad, Iraq, including guarantee part availability for Five (5) years. 3.0 UNAMI will shortly issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNAMI requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the RFQ documents 4.0 The EOI should specify relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience, an indication of similar Contracts undertaken within the last twelve (12) months (if any) and copies of the registration certificate and license(s) of the company 5.0 Please note on the following: •This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/offer •UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB document. •UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. 6.0 Mandatory Criteria: -The proposer shall submit appropriate Business Licenses/ Registrations. -The Proposed Mini-Ambulance should be based on a production model Battery Electric Vehicle and listed in the manufacturers catalogue as an available configuration. -The Proposed Battery Electric Vehicle should meet all the technical specifications listed in category B above. -The Proposed Mini-Ambulance should be delivered to the point of collection within 90 days of receiving the order. 7.0 The proposer shall submit signed and filled: •ECU 0042_Environmental Commitment form, Form will be provided with the BID documents .
