New clarification added: Having reviewed the documentation provided with the tender we can see that the forms and tender are tailored towards building developers and owners. Acting as real estate agents we have working relationships with a variety of landlords. As such we would like to inquire on the following points:Question 1. Since the forms are tailored towards owners, are UNOPS also accepting tenders from real estate agents too? Answer 1. UNOPS accepts quotation from all interested bidders, including real estate agents. Question 2. If UNOPS did intend to invite real estate agents to the tender, are there alternative forms that should be submitted by Agents rather than owners? We ask because Agents will have access to different information from owners. Answer 2. If bidder is a real estate agent, bidding on behalf of a property owner, bidder shall submit its offer together with a related agreement and in additition submit a joint venture form included in the RFP as Form A.Question 3. Would UNOPS be willing to enlist real estate agents as an exclusive tenant representative and allow us to source suitable buildings on their behalf?Answer 3. No, bidders shall submit proposals as per RFP. Currently we are not look an agent to outsource to. Question 4. If the answer to question 3 is no, are real estate agents allowed to submit multiple buildings to UNOPS for review on behalf of landlords? Answer 4. No alternative offers are acceptable as described in tender particular section. A bidder shall submit a proposal that best meets the requirement. Question 5: Any information on how Agents should submit a tender of this nature would be greatly appreciated?Answer 5. Please refer to the above responses.
