Provision of Beauty Salon Services , UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan (EOI/2021)

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking potential and qualified vendors for the Provision of Beauty Salon Services, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan on "as and when required basis" to UNAMA, Kabul, Afghanistan. UNAMA intends to establish a contract for three (3) years with an optional extension for a further two (2) years. The following services are required subject to infection prevention control requirements, protective measures and protocols as the result of COVID-19: a. Hair treatments/services: trimming, coloring/bleaching, styling, extensions, perming and straightening; b. Nail care services: manicure, pedicure, nail art and design, nail extension; c. Eyebrow threading, trimming and tweezing; d. Facials and skin care treatments; e. Hair removal (waxing and threading); f. Eyelash extensions; g. Make up h. Moustache and beard trimming; i. Skin tanning; and j. Massage therapies The Concessionaire shall be responsible to provide all the required materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the provision of the services required. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time.
