New clarification added: Questions: In respect of office equipment insurance, could you please provide me following information:-1) Please provide the address of each office 2) Please provide the detail of the fire prevention plan, security measure plan, 24 hours security guard is available? 3) Do you have an existing insurance service provider? If yes, what is your expiry date? 4) Please provide Some photos of insight/ outsight building .5) Please provide claim history for past three years. 6) Please provide the sum insured in USD currency? UNOPS Answers:1) Please find the below address of office.Location A = No 45, Shwe Taung Kyar Road, Bahan Township, Yangon.Location B = No 12 (O), Pyithu lane, 7 mile, Mayagone Township, Yangon2) Please find attached a fire safety plan, 24 Hour security guard is available 7 days, a week.
