The UNGSC requires a Contractor to perform the engineering works/services for: Turn-Key Project for the design and construction of a parking area with metal carports for photovoltaic solar panels & inverters. The project includes the construction of the perimeter fence, the rehabilitation of the existing asphalt surface and sewage system, the provision and installation of a vehicular gate, the provision and installation of lighting and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, and the dismantling and reinstallation of No. 599 photovoltaic panels (PV panels) and No. 11 inverters. UNGSC has already purchased PV Panels and Inverters as follows: Panels to be installed: • Number 599 PV panels, type Suntech, STP300 - 24/Vd Inverters to be installed: • No. 11 inverters, type Sunny Tripower, 1700TL The project will be divided in three phases: Phase 1: EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW PARKING AREA: Preparation of the executive design for the entire project (architectural, structural, electrical, and CCTV), construction of the perimeter fence, rehabilitation of the existing asphalt surface and sewage system, and the provision and installation of a vehicular gate Phase 2 [Optional]: METAL CARPORTS AND UTILITIES: Construction of the metal carports, the provision and installation of lighting and CCTV systems, provision and installation of metal supporting structures for the PV panels and the conduits for the of electrical distribution Phase 3 [Optional]: PV PANELS AND INVERTERS. Dismantling and reinstallation of No. 599 PV panels and No. 11 inverters. A more detailed summary of the works is as follows: PHASE 1 - Executive design and construction of the new parking area A - executive design for the entire project - Work plan for the entire project (Gantt chart or similar) - Contractor's safety plan for the entire project - Executive design for the entire project - As built design for the entire project B - CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW PARKING AREA - Supervision of works for phase 1 - Mobilization for phase 1 - Clearing and grubbing for phase 1 - Demolition of 46,50 meters of the existing stone wall, a concrete slab of 85 sqm and 46,00 meters of the existing metal fence and its foundations - Construction of a concrete retaining wall on the North side, along the delimitation of the two parking areas - Provision and installation of a metal fence and the concrete foundation for fence posts on the west side - Provision and installation of a new sliding gate on the west side, between the new parking lot and the existing one: overall dimensions 6000x2580 mm. - Refurbishment of the asphalt area. - Construction of carports foundations and inverters' farm for phase 1 - Design and construction of a rainwater sewage system for the entire parking area. - Site cleaning for phase 1 - Certification for phase 1 PHASE 2 [Optional] – Construction of metal carports and utilities - Supervision of works for phase 2 - Mobilization for phase 2 - Construction of carports - Site cleaning for phase 2 - Certification for phase 2 PHASE 3 [Optional] – Dismantling and reinstallation of 599 PV panels and 11 inverters - Supervision of works for phase 3 - Mobilization for phase 3 - Dismantling and reinstallation of 599 PV panels and 11 inverters - Site cleaning for phase 3 - Certification for phase 3 The tender will be assigned as lump sum (l’appalto e’ aggiudicato a corpo) based on UNGSC guidelines and drawings and in reference to a UNGSC concept design.
