e-Court version-2 for the Supreme Court of the Philippines
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites Technology Providers to submit information for the e-Court version-2 for the Supreme Court of the Philippines, implemented by UNDP The completed questionnaire with required attachments must be uploaded at the UNDP eTendering website or submitted by email to procurement.ph@undp.org (each message must not exceed 10MB).
The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants and information should be received no later than 23 December 2020, 2:00PM Manila Time (or 1:00 am EST).
The RFI will be used to gather information and recommendations via the completed questionnaire (Appendix A) on the range of possibilities with regard to:
- Establishment and operationalization of a fully intelligent and automated case management system that will support daily court operations;
- Data from existing systems for case management and monitoring are successfully migrated; and
- Judiciary staff and court users are properly trained to operate, administer, and maintain the system. Respondents are requested to fill out the questionnaire, attaching all supporting documentation where available.
