Kindly refer the clarification for your request as follows:Request: We are participating in your tender with Tender reference: PQ/2020/16511. In the tender document, it needs a signature and a seal but you only accept the soft copies. How can we add those things? Shall we use a digital signature & seal or shall we just print it add a signature & seal in it and then scan it??Clarification: Yes, we only accept Vendor Prequalification IFA in soft copies through the UNOPS eSourcing Platform. While submitting Returnable Schedules and requested compulsory documents; you may use either of the following options (whichever convenient for you):a. Fill out all Returnable Schedules; Sign digitally; Snipping company stamp, Paste beside it and submit; orb.
